All Helius Composite 2012 Products (x86x64) !{Latest} .rar
If you are looking for a comprehensive and practical tool for composite design, you might be interested in downloading all Helius Composite 2012 products (x86x64) !{Latest} .rar. Helius Composite is a software that offers detailed information on composite material behaviour without the complexities of finite element analysis. You can use Helius Composite to easily integrate materials into your Digital Prototyping process and discover how they can help you streamline composite engineering and manufacturing processes[^1^] [^2^].
With Helius Composite, you can use customizable libraries, analysis tool sets, and reporting features to build, explore, and analyse the behaviour of composite materials, laminates, and simple structures[^1^] [^2^]. You can also select a composite material from the Helius PFA material library or create your own material data file and add it to the material library[^3^]. Helius Composite supports various analysis types, such as linear statics, buckling, progressive failure analysis, fatigue analysis, and more[^2^].
All Helius Composite 2012 products (x86x64) !{Latest} .rar contains the following files:
Helius_Composite_2012_x86.exe
Helius_Composite_2012_x64.exe
Helius_Composite_2012_crack.rar

In this section, we will show you some examples of how Helius Composite can help you with your composite design projects. We will use some sample files that are included in the Helius Composite 2012 installation folder. You can find them in the following location: C:\\Program Files\\Autodesk\\Helius Composite 2012\\Samples.
Example 1: Linear Statics Analysis of a Composite Plate
In this example, we will perform a linear statics analysis of a composite plate with a circular hole. The plate is made of carbon/epoxy material and has four layers with different orientations. The plate is subjected to a uniform tensile load along the x-axis. We want to find out the stress and strain distributions in the plate and the safety factor against failure.
To perform this analysis, we need to follow these steps:
Open Helius Composite and create a new project.
Select File > Open and browse to the Samples folder. Open the file Plate_with_Hole.hcp.
The file contains the geometry, material, and laminate definitions for the plate. You can view and edit them in the Geometry, Material, and Laminate tabs.
Select the Analysis tab and choose Linear Statics from the Analysis Type drop-down menu.
Click on the Load Cases button and define a new load case. Name it Tensile Load and enter 100 MPa for the x-component of the applied stress.
Click OK to save the load case and close the dialog box.
Click on the Run Analysis button and wait for the analysis to finish.
Select the Results tab and choose Tensile Load from the Load Case drop-down menu.
You can view various results such as stress, strain, safety factor, etc. in different layers and locations of the plate. You can also plot them as contour maps or graphs.
You can save or export the results as csv or txt files by clicking on the Save or Export buttons.
Here are some screenshots of the results:
